  • For regular catering, we recommend booking as early as possible. Ideally, one week’s notice is perfect — but we can often accommodate orders within 24–48 hours, depending on availability.

    For weddings, dates fill quickly. We suggest securing your date 8–24 months in advance, especially during peak wedding season.

  • Absolutely. We’re happy to accommodate gluten-free, vegetarian, vegan, dairy-free, Halal, and other dietary needs upon request. Just let us know your requirements, and we’ll ensure your menu is inclusive and thoughtfully prepared.

  • Some menus require a minimum of 8 guests, while others may vary. Please refer to the specific menu for minimum order details.

  • We typically travel up to one hour outside our area. Travel availability may depend on your guest count and event size — just ask, and we’ll be happy to discuss options.

  • Delivery fees vary depending on location. We’ll provide an exact fee when preparing your quote or confirming your order.

  • For regular catering (excluding large events):

    • Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance.

    • Cancellations made 72–48 hours prior will be charged 50% of the total invoice.

    • Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior will be charged 100% of the total invoice.

  • We accept all major credit cards (AMEX is subject to a 2.5% surcharge). We also accept e-transfers, which must be completed prior to delivery and secured initially with a credit card.

  • We deliver your food, set it up, and provide disposable serving utensils — then you’re all set to enjoy. No return pickup is required.

    If you’d like chafing dishes or upgraded service ware, we’re happy to arrange that upon request.

  • Yes — we work closely with River City Event Rentals and are happy to coordinate rentals on your behalf. Rental pricing varies depending on timeline, location, guest count, menu, and venue-provided items.

  • Yes — tastings are available for weddings. We’ll work with you to select dishes that reflect your preferences, style, and vision for your big day.

  • Yes — we offer professional staffing for plated dinners, buffet service, and receptions. We’ll recommend the appropriate service level based on your guest count and menu style.

  • Absolutely. We cater at private homes, community halls, banquet facilities, and outdoor venues. We’ll coordinate directly with your venue to ensure a seamless setup and service.
